VENDOR APPLICATIONS FOR MAIN STREET MARKHAM'S 2024 FARMERS' MARKET ARE NOW OPEN!



We are thrilled to bring back Main Street Markham's Farmers' Market for the 2024 season and are currently accepting applications for vendors!

Main Street Markham's Farmers Market is well-attended by the community and hosts a wide variety of weekly offerings including: Farm-fresh produce, baked goods, deli meats and cheeses, coffee tea and beverages, artisan crafts and home goods, art, community groups, charities + non-profits, public figures and more!

If you would like to apply to be a vendor at our market please read on and fill out the application form!


We strive to curate a unique, diverse weekly marketplace and support local farmers, makers and organizations within our community! In doing so, we may not be able to accommodate your business on all requested dates. Priority will be given to full-season vendors. 

Season: The weekly Saturday Farmers' Market opens May 11th, 2024 and ends October 12th, 2024 (23 weeks).
Time: 9:00am to 1:00pm, every Saturday, rain or shine!

Location: Robinson Street between Main St. and Water St. (use 132 Robinson St. for directions)


Fees
Single Booths (10x10) $25.00/week (+HST)
Additional Booths (10 x 10) $20.00/week (+HST) each and are available in limited capacity
Tent Rental (subject to availability)*: $20.00/week (+HST)
Electricity (subject to availability): $10.00/week (+HST)


 Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables and chairs

* tents are available in limited quantities based Main Street Markham's calendar of events. Rental requests do not necessarily guarantee one will be provided. Priority will be given to full-season vendors. All other requests will be discussed at the time of booking. Providing your own tent is highly recommended.



 

Pre-paid Seasonal Rates
We are pleased to offer a 20% discount to all vendors wishing to book a weekly spot for the entire season.
Full Season vendors will be given priority in scheduling, booth placement & tent rental requests


Full-season (23 weeks): Single booth ONLY (no tent incl): $519.80 (HST included)
Full-season (23 weeks): Single booth with tent rental: $935.64 (HST included)

Please note: In order to secure your space, payment in full must be made no less than 10 days before your desired date.
Full-Season vendors must pay in-full by May 1st, 2024 in order to receive the discounted rate.


Payment can be made via cheque, cash, credit card or online via Square and must be made in full prior to the start of the Farmers' Market.
Once your dates are confirmed you will receive an invoice with instructions to remit payment.
