2019 Festival of Lights Vendor Application

The Annual Festival of Lights event will be held on Friday, November 22nd, 2019. The hours for the event are 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM

The cost listed below is for 10 X 10' space only and does not include electricity/generator or additional space.

Festival of Lights Vendor Rates
Food: $200.00 + HST
Non-Food Corporate: $250.00 + HST
Charity/Non-Profit: $50.00 + HST

*All Rates are plus taxes*

DISCLAIMER:
Vendor is soley responsible for set up and tear down of tents, tables, and chairs.
Each booth must supply their own staff or volunteers, tent, tables, and chairs and other equipment as needed. Electritcity and water are not provided by the City or the MVBIA

All Food Vendor agrees to provide proof of Food Handlers Certification and send in Health forms to the York Regional Health Department.
