We are thrilled to bring back Main Street Markham's Farmers' Market for the 2025 season and are currently accepting applications for vendors!
Main Street Markham's Farmers' Market is well-attended by the community and features a wide variety of weekly offerings, including farm-fresh produce, baked goods, deli meats and cheeses, coffee, tea, and beverages, artisan crafts and home goods, art, community groups, charities and non-profits, public figures, and more!
If you would like to apply to be a vendor at our market, please read on and fill out the application form!
We strive to curate a unique, diverse weekly marketplace that supports local farmers, makers, and organizations within our community. Due to the high number of applications, only those selected for the market will be contacted. Priority will be given to full-season vendors as well as vendors whose offerings align with the requests and needs of our community.
Season: The weekly Saturday Farmers' Market opens May 10th, 2025, and ends October 11th, 2025 (23 weeks). Time: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, every Saturday, rain or shine! Location: Guardian Pharmacy Parking Lot at the South-West corner of Main St. & Robinson St. (101 Main Street N for diretions)
Single Booths (10x10): $25.00/week (+HST) Additional Booths (10x10): $20.00/week (+HST) each (available in limited capacity) Tent Rental (subject to availability)*: $20.00/week (+HST) Electricity (subject to availability): $10.00/week (+HST)
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables and chairs.
*Tents are available in limited quantities based on Main Street Markham's calendar of events. Rental requests do not guarantee availability. Priority will be given to full-season vendors. Providing your own tent is highly recommended.
We are pleased to offer a 20% discount to all vendors booking a weekly spot for the entire season. Full-season vendors will be given priority in scheduling, booth placement, and tent rental requests.
Full-season (23 weeks): Single booth ONLY (no tent included): $519.80 (HST included) Single booth with tent rental: $935.64 (HST included) Please inquire for double-booth rates.
Payment Information: To secure your space, payment in full must be made at least 10 days before your desired date. Full-season vendors must pay in full by May 1st, 2025, to receive the discounted rate.
Payment can be made via cheque, cash, credit card, or online via Square. Once your dates are confirmed, you will receive an invoice with payment instructions.
All vendors selling food or providing personal services (such as manicures, pedicures, tattooing, and makeup application) are required to:
